"I picked up a hammer 8 ball today and couldn't be happier with the process. Rich, Anthony and Scott are all top notch fellows, they went above and beyond on a crappy weather day. They got the bike home for me and it was all smiles thereafter, even on a 40 degree day. The gear recommendations for this novice rider were confirmed by someone whose opinion I trust. "I am a person that does not like to deal with sales people nor deal with a sales people trying to pressure me into making a purchase I may not be ready to make nor do I like sales people trying to sell me something that I don't need. I have to say though purchasing my sportsman 500 HO was a complete pleasure. Frank was an awesome sales person who knows how to deal with people. Frank made sure I didn't purchase something more than what I needed and put no pressure whats so ever, from the point I walked in to the point I said I need to go home and think about it. No he didn't chase me out the door and say that it is gonna be gone in a day or two and I better purchase it now. No instead Frank said that if it is sold they will be able to get the same one for me right away. In fact that is exactly what happened, it was sold two days later and within a week Frank got me the same one at the same price he promised me orginally. In meeting all the staff from the parts dept to the service dept who set my ATV up and delivered it to me, everyone of them are personable (not fake) and very professional. I would reccommend anyone that is planning on buying an ATV to purchase from Locomotion. I was gonna do most of the service myself, but after this good experience I plan on having Locomotion service my ATV."

"I lost an O2 sensor plug from my Arrow 2:2 and stopped here. Anthony spent 20 minutes looking for a match he thought might be around somewhere but in the end he installed a New Bonneville pair they had in stock, no charge for the install, right in the parking spot. Totally impressed me with his get it done attitude and a group of nice folks altogether. My new go to place for all my Bonneville needs. Thanks Anthony!"

"My wife and I are now the proud owners of a Rocket III Classic that we purchased from the good folks at LOCOMOTION POWERSPORTS. Suffice to say that picking what looks good on paper is easy, the tough part is finding a dealer that is close-by, knows their products, and is willing to let their bikes sell themselves through encouraging you to take a test ride. LOCOMOTION POWERSPORTS is right across the street from the Suffern Train Station, a mere 6 miles from our house and there is no doubt that Chris, Christine, and Anthony know everything that you could possibly want to know (or will find out if they don’t) about a Victory or Triumph motorcycle and their accessories. We dealt primarily with Chris; who has figured out the delicate line between being too laid-back and too aggressive when it comes to selling a bike. Anthony did the most thorough walk-through that I have ever experienced when taking delivery of a new bike. Christine could not have been more patient and helpful in helping my wife select summer riding gear (we are fare weather riders) and signing of paperwork. All of the folks in their shop are professional, amiable, and patient. For my wife and I, this was the easiest and most enjoyable bike purchase that we have made in our over 40 years of riding and owning dirt and street bikes up and down the West Coast. "I have 2000 miles on my new Victory Vision and I just returned from an 800 mile overnighter to the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, PA. The bike worked GREAT; smooth, powerful, no vibrations, turns on a dime, and handles the curves like a sports bike. Also, I have no muscle or back pain, and my butt also feels great!! Loving the iPod connections when there is no radio reception. Now if I could figure out how to hook up the capuccino machine into the trunk!!"

"I've been a BMW rider for a few yrs. & was looking to up grade but did'nt want something new. I found many articles on the Triumph Tiger 1050 & was interested in a demo ride & found a dealer in Suffern NY ie Locomotion Power Sports. From the moment i stepped into the store i was welcomed with a friendly hand shake & a smile from a gentleman named Chris. We spoke about the bike & a future demo ride that was set up by another kind man Anthony. I was vacation so what better time for a ride. When i came back a few days later there was a Black 2007 Tiger 1050 waiting & growling at me, what a great sounding bike. Well i threw a leg over the seat grabed onto the throttle & off i was. The whole experience was exilerating & what a sick ,powerful & awesome machine, that's all it took to convince me about it. I believe that when dealing with any customer, kindness & professionalism go hand in hand.
